Our Renovation Process
1. Concept design and space planning. We start with your requirements and how you use the space, and review the existing drawings. We plan each area, propose a furniture layout, and present the design concept with mood boards, a first materials and colour palette, and a lighting concept.
2. Design development and 3D visualization. Once you approve the concept, we refine the materials, floors, walls, ceilings and lighting. You see high-quality 3D visualizations of the main spaces, and we revise them with your feedback.
3. Execution drawings. We produce the drawings the site works from: layout, furniture and flooring plans, ceiling and lighting plans, electrical points, wall elevations, joinery details, and material schedules, all coordinated with the MEP works.
4. Material and fixture selection. You choose the final finishes: flooring, wall finishes and paint, wood and veneers, stone, marble and porcelain, and lighting and sanitary fixtures.
5. Demolition and renovation. With every decision approved, demolition starts and our teams carry out the renovation based on what you chose, following the execution drawings.
Each phase starts only after you approve the one before, so you always know what comes next.

We hired Magma Engineering and Contracting for the full design-build renovation and fit-out of our new office space in Baabda, just outside Beirut, roughly 375 square meters.
