The project involved the execution of complete MEP works for the SGBL Bank Saloumi branch. Magma was responsible for HVAC systems, including a chiller system with air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs), as well as mechanical systems comprising plumbing and drainage installations. Electrical works included power distribution, lighting systems, panel boards, and associated low-current systems. All works were carried out in coordination with the bank's operational and security requirements to ensure reliable performance, occupant comfort and functionality.
